These prices are per person to include bed and breakfast, VAT, and return car ferry crossing from either Lymington or Portsmouth, or Southampton/ see supplements. Minimum of 2 persons in one vehicle. Additional adults, travelling in the same vehicle will be charged at £5.00 per return journey per adult.

FERNBANK RESERVE THE RIGHT TO ALTER CAR FERRY INCLUSIVE RATES, IF WIGHTLINK OR RED FUNNEL, APPLY SURCHARGES DUE TO OIL PRICE INCREASES. CUSTOMERS WILL BE INFORMED OF ANY INCREASE IN TARIFF PRIOR TO TRAVEL.

METHOD OF PAYMENT: We accept payment by cash and credit/ debit cards.
CHILDREN RATES: Ages 10-14 £22.00 per day, when sharing Family Room with 2 Adults. 
Children 14+ Full Rate Or Any Child sharing with one Adult only. Visitors are requested to vacate their rooms by 10.30am on day of departure.
Rooms will not be available before 2.00 pm on day of arrival

A NON RETURNABLE DEPOSIT of £40.00 per person is required at time of booking, Car ferry inclusive a deposit of £60.00 per person is required at time of booking. Reservations will then be confirmed by return.

CANCELLATION
Cancellation more than 4 weeks before arrival: loss of deposit.
2 - 4 weeks before arrival: 50% of total booking value.
24hours - 13 nights 75% of total booking value.
Cancellation less than 24hours before arrival or non-arrival 100% of total booking value.
Cancellation charges are always applied. We strongly advise that cancellation insurance cover is taken to cover you for cancellation in unforeseen circumstances.
No allowance will be made for late arrivals or early departures.
